- Converting the data into categories according to specialization, such as (Cases, Lawyers, Attestations, Marriage, etc…) to enable the user to use it easily.
- Converting the data into standard format such as, Excel, PDF, so the user can access it without the need of use external categories.
Design and Ease of Access.
- Developing an easy user interface enable the user to browse the data and download is smoothly.
- Using interactive charts to display this data in a visual and easy to understand.
- The possibility of placing a section dedicated to comparison between recent and old version of this data.
Compliance with Legal and Regulatory:
- Ensuring that the published data complies with relevant laws, such as data protection and intellectual property.
- Setting a clear condition for the use of this data by the user.
Privacy and Security:
Ensuring data encryption for protections against tampering.
Publishing on the MOJ portal and Open data portal:
- Developing a section dedicated to open data on MOJ portal, including a brief description of this data and clarifying its source and date of publishing as well as the type of data.
- Keeping the old versions of the data to refer to when needed.
User Experience:
Providing advanced search and filtering tools for the user so he can easily access the required data.
Publishing:
Publishing the Open Data on the social network along with MOJ website and the Open Data portal.
Data Update:
- Updating the data regularly and continuously annually, with a schedule of these updates.
- Using analysis tools to measure the user interaction with this data and work to improve the user experience using the analysis results.
