An application submitted by the convicted person or his agent for postponement of execution in a restricted punishment in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure

Service steps and procedures

  •  The  customer  arrives at the customer service section
  • Contact the information officer at the Public Prosecution
  • Inquire about the existence of the case after confirming the identity of the applicant and describing the case
  • Ask the customer to go to the customer service and give him a ticket number
  • Register postponement of the imposition of a punishment restricted to freedom for the convicted person in the penal system
  • Sign the application by the client
  • Payment of fees via e-Dirham
  • Send the request to the public prosecutor to prepare a memorandum to the Attorney General
  • Prepare a memorandum for the Attorney General and send it to the Attorney General's Office for signature
  • Give a memo number and save a copy of it in the case file
  • Send the memorandum to the Attorney General
  • Attach a statement of the facts of the file on the request and send it to the Attorney General's Office to decide on the application
  • Receive the reply by the Attorney General and transferring it to the competent public prosecutor
  • Address the police to delay the sentence
