His Excellency Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Federal Judiciary Council, received at his office at the Ministry’s headquarters His Excellency Umid Shadiev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the UAE, along with the accompanying delegation.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency welcomed the new Ambassador and wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic duties in a manner that serves the shared interests of both countries.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed ways to strengthen legal and judicial cooperation and discussed prospects for further developing relations between the two friendly countries, in addition to a number of topics of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended from the Ministry’s side by H.E. Mubarak Al Neyadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice; H.E. Judge Abdulrhman Alblooshi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Legal Affairs Sector, and His Excellency Counsellor Abdullah Al Marzouqi, Acting Director of the International Cooperation Department.
