H.E. Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, headed the delegation of the United Arab Emirates participating in the BRICS Ministers of Justice Meeting, held from 21 to 22 May in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, where the ministers adopted the group’s final declaration, which established mediation and arbitration as two fundamental pillars for enhancing cooperation and facilitating access to justice.

This participation reflects the UAE’s commitment to strengthening international legal and judicial partnerships within the BRICS framework and reinforcing strategic relations with member states, contributing to the exchange of expertise and the development of justice systems that support comprehensive economic and social development, while keeping pace with the evolving demands of the global economy.
