Counselor Sultan Rashed Al-Matrooshi, the acting under-secretary of the Ministry of Justice has witnessed yesterday the conclusion of the events of the "”Preparation and Empowerment of Leaders" program for 2017, with the participation of 15 officials from the executive supervisory positions in the ministry including the judicial authority and employees, in attendance of Counselor Jasem Saif Boasiba, Manager of Judicial Inspection Department and Abdullah Abdel-Jabbar AlMajed Assistant Undersecretary of Supportive Services.

The Program aimed at preparing the promising leading staff in the Ministry and improving their standards according to the best international practices in the field of leadership and building capacities in a measurable way, in addition to following up the progress of such leading skills and creating a second generation of leaders capable of taking responsibility and continue working towards achieving the strategic objectives.

AlMatroshi confirmed that the “Preparation and Empowerment of Leaders program comes in the framework of the Ministry's ongoing keenness to achieve its vision and mission and enhance its essential values considering that the human capital is the most important resource in the Ministry.
